The Thinking
Enter Mo. A calm, credible character who personifies the hundreds of CDW experts guiding clients through AI complexity. Instead of a product explainer, the team created a micro-drama: a stressed CIO, overwhelmed by hype, meets Mo who helps cut through the fog. Cast actors, cinematic production, custom sound, and metaphor-rich scripting gave it TV-level polish.
The Outcome
The video became an internal rallying point and an external hit, described by one viewer as “the best asset CDW’s ever made.” Plans are now underway for a full series, with Mo guiding customers at every stage of the AI journey.
